The rapid integration of new employees into the BASS family is very important to us. You will be looked after by your personal mentor from day one. This will enable you to get to know your colleagues and all areas that are important to you within your first working days. Based on your individual training plan, you will get to know every process relevant to you from the ground up and will always be supervised by your professional mentor.
