Performance-related variable remuneration

Our success is substantially based on our employees´ performance and commitment. 
We offer a performance-related remuneration. The amount of the variable profit-sharing bonus (voluntary performance bonus & profit-sharing) for our employees is measured on the basis of every individual employee`s service contribution. The profit-sharing bonus is paid out once a year – success provided.

Company pension provision for your future

The financial coverage in retirement of every individual is a matter of special importance to us. This is the reason why we support our employees in addition to the salary when it comes to the establishment of an occupational pension provision.
