Germany's best training employers - BASS is one of them
For the second time in succession, BASS was awarded one of the best trainers in Germany by the business magazine Capital.
More than 600 companies from all over Germany took part in the study, which was carried out in cooperation with the internet platform Ausbildung.de, Territory Embrace and Capital. Only a fraction of them received all five stars. BASS from Niederstetten is also among the frontrunners.
With over 90 questions that the companies had to answer, Capital determined the success factors for apprenticeships and dual studies. Features such as support and integration of trainees in the company, teaching methods, further training and further employment opportunities were taken into account. The efforts of BASS, particular in the fields of supervision, learning in the company and the chances of success were rated as above average.
"Our joy is great. The repeated awards as one of the 'Best Companies for Families', 'Best Employers for Women' and now also 'Germany's Best Trainers' confirm us along our path", says Dr. Stefanie Leenen, Managing Director of BASS. "It is a further motivation to steadily develop ourselves further."
